2010 Rip Curl Grom Search at New Smyrna Beach

Last year H2O Overdrive did a Rip Curl Grom Search Event at New Symrna Inlet. We got great publicity from athletes for our outstanding product and even gave out the Over the Top Maneuver of the Event award of $100 cold hard cash and a wallet. Not bad for a 12 year old. The Rip Curl Grom Search itself is a series of events for surfers 16 and under (groms).
The New Symrna Beach Event is a simple event where these surfers will dazzle the judges with their 360's, reverse's, and any other tricks they can come up.

CONGRATULATIONS to the H2O Overdrive Athlete Ambassadors who speed to the podium at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Below Travis Jayner stands with Kimberly Derrick and Jeff Simon. Both Jayner and Derrick won Bronze Medals during their 5000 and 3000 Meter Speed Skating Relays (respectively).

H2O Overdrive is proud to sponsor the ADA Tour de Cure 2010. We continue to strive to become one of the premier cycling event in Central Florida and with your help we have made great strides toward that goal. The 2009 Tour De Cure saw over 800 cyclists register to support this great cause. In 2010 we are looking for 1500 cylists to do the same.

July 11, 2009, marked another great event for H2O Overdrive™, The Central Florida Triathlon Series 2009, at the Clermont Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola in Clermont, FL. We were glad to support the event put on by Sommer Sports and sponsored by our newest reseller, The Cycling Hub, a premier bike shop in Clermont.
We arrived at 5:30 am for a great day of Swimming, Cycling and Running. 
We set up with The Cycling Hub, who is the Premier Sponsor of the Central Florida Triathlon Series 2009. Bryan and his team were on hand to help with many last minute bike fixes from the athletes. The athletes were ready to go by 7:30 am when the first wave of the "Elite" triathletes jumped in the water first. After many waves of athletes taking on this beautiful course along Lake Minneola, they started coming in across the finish line! Overdrive Distribution Corp. was there to welcome the athletes in and hand out free samples of H2O Overdrive™ to help them with re-hydration, a faster recover and increased glycogen synthesis.
