The Cycling Hub & Central Florida Triathlon

July 11, 2009, marked another great event for H2O Overdrive™, The Central Florida Triathlon Series 2009, at the Clermont Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola in Clermont, FL.  We were glad to support the event put on by Sommer Sports and sponsored by our newest reseller, The Cycling Hub, a premier bike shop in Clermont.

We arrived at 5:30 am for a great day of Swimming, Cycling and Running.  We set up with The Cycling Hub, who is the Premier Sponsor of the Central Florida Triathlon Series 2009.  Bryan and his team were on hand to help with many last minute bike fixes from the athletes.  The athletes were ready to go by 7:30 am when the first wave of the "Elite" triathletes jumped in the water first.  After many waves of athletes taking on this beautiful course along Lake Minneola, they started coming in across the finish line!  Overdrive Distribution Corp. was there to welcome the athletes in and hand out free samples of H2O Overdrive™ to help them with re-hydration, a faster recover and increased glycogen synthesis.  

Handing out hundreds of samples, the response overall was extremely positive! 

The Athlete Challenge

Overdrive Distribution set a new challenge out for athletes to try H2O Overdrive™ Risk Free.  Basically, any athlete that ran the race could buy a bottle of H2O Overdrive™, drink it, and if they didn't feel a REAL difference in their bodies after 10 - 15 minutes they could bring back their empty bottle and get their money back!  We had dozens take the challenge and nobody wanted a refund!
