Overdrive Distribution Corp. (ODC) Is excited to be the exclusive Central Florida Direct Store Distributor (DSD) for the H2O Overdrive™ Sport Hydration Drink.
We are a VERY young company having only started marketing the product in June of this year. This means 2 very important things to potential job seekers…

About the Product:
H2O Overdrive™ is definitely a “game changer” in that there isn’t currently a sports drink out there that delivers on the promise of true, intracellular hydration, like H2O OD does. With only 3 grams of sugar per 20 oz bottle, it contains 1/10th the amount of sugar contained in most sports drinks, and it contains 8 grams of protein, the correct balance of electrolytes, amino acids, and over 30 vitamins and minerals, in a precise formula that IS NOT “sugar water with some stuff thrown in”!

About the Jobs (please read carefully):
Area Manager
We currently own the rights to a fairly large area, from the Space Coast to the Gulf Coast and from Kissimmee to Gainesville. We will need managers covering one or more of these areas.
Ideally, an Area Manager, will be self disciplined, honest and dependable, and have a background in distribution, logistics, and sales team management.
Also, because we are still growing and do not have full distribution in these areas yet, it will be likely that our Area Managers will be grown through our team of Marketing Reps, where the most successful and competent Marketing Reps will have the opportunity to run their entire territory or region.
COMPENSATION: Salarly + Bonus on area sales volume. Salary is highly dependent on the candidates ability to add value to the position and the size of the territory being managed.

Marketing Rep
ODC owns the rights to a large region in Central Florida. We need Marketing Reps to introduce this product to retailers throughout the region to set up new accounts, service existing accounts, and run product promotional events (5Ks, sports events, Triathlons, etc.).
Marketing Reps will be representing the BRAND H2O Overdrive™. This brand means Excellence in nutrition, and an Active Lifestyle through exercise and sports. This means that appearance is important. Although you do not have to be an Olympic Athlete to represent our product, you should live an active lifestyle (biking, skiing, hiking, running, surfing, basketball, football, bodybuilding, boating, or whatever). You should be physically fit and NOT be a “couch potato”.
Ideally, a Marketing Rep, will be able to define prospects, call on those prospects, and succeed in explaining the benefits of H2O Overdrive™ and securing a new retail account.
To do this, a successful Marketing Rep MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED. If you cannot keep a schedule, manage your time, and keep yourself from wasting time throughout the day, this is NOT the job for you!
Lastly, you MUST be able to communicate effectively and LEARN about WHY our product is different from the many other products that are called “sports drinks” or “energy drinks” and be able to explain it when necessary.
COMPENSATION: You will be paid according to the volume of sales you can produce through account setups and re-orders. We pay 20% commission on new account setup and 5-7% for all reorders. Starting reps will receive a draw when starting out of $400 per week.
What does that mean in real money?
A successful rep should be able to visit 10 potential accounts per day and close at least 40% of them. With an average account setup of $221, each new account would be $44 x 4 per day = $176 x 5 days per week = $880+ per week right away! Our target for this job is $65,000+ annually, with opportunities for promotion to manage entire territories for successful Marketing Reps.
**DISCLAIMER** - The preceding is an EXAMPLE ONLY and is in no way a guarantee of what you will make. We have made the example CONSERVATIVE and an experienced salesperson who really works for referrals and maximizes their time could easily double this number. HOWEVER, if you think the accounts will just come to you and all you have to do is sit at a desk and take orders, you will not only be disappointed, you will be broke!
Additionally, you will be building an account base which will continue to pay you residual commissions as long as you work for ODC. This is an incentive to serious Marketing Reps and Managers who want a career with the company and will be directly compensated for their hard work in setting up their territory.
APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION: This position does not require any previous experience or education. HOWEVER, it is important to note that having an understanding of time management, sales, customer service, and networking will be your keys to success.
You MUST HAVE a dependable vehicle, the ability to lift 75 lbs safely, and valid drivers license. You will need to be able to load your vehicle with cases of H2O Overdrive™. So if you have a Mini Cooper as your only vehicle, it may be very difficult for you to accomplish this job.
